Christine Fejo-King

Dr. Christine Fejo-King is a Larrakia/Warumungu Aboriginal Woman from the Northern Territory of Australia. She was the co-organiser along with Dr. Michael Adams of the 3 International Indigenous Social Work Conference that was held in Darwin Australia in 2015. Dr. Fejo- King currently works for the Northern Territory Government, Reform Management Office as the Director, Child and Family Centres across the Northern Territory. She has researched, published and presented nationally and internationally on the Aboriginal Kinship Systems of the Northern Territory and how knowledge of these systems combined with culturally congruent practice builds resilience and results in better outcomes for families and children.
