Upon your arrival in Taoyuan International Airport, take bus, taxi, or Taoyuan airport MRT to Taipei Main Station. (Bus fare will be around TWD$150 (USD $5) and the trip will be about 45-75 minutes. Taxi fare will be around $900-1400 (USD $30-46) and the trip will be about 40-60 minutes Taoyuan airport MRT will be around TWD $160 (around USD $5-6) and the trip will be about 38-50 minutes.
When you arrive in Taipei Main Station, take Zi Qiang /Taroko Express Train (Eastbound) to Hualien Station. It takes 2 to 3 hours on the train according to different train types. You can take the hotel shuttle bus, taxi, or Hualien bus (1123) from Hualien Railway station to hotel. (Taxi fare will be around TWD $200-250 (USD $7-9) and the trip will be about 10-15 minutes. The Parkview hotel offers free shuttle services (7:15am-7:00pm) from/to airport and train station (meet at the front entrance). Reserving your ride 24 HOURS in advance of arrival is required.
